Birthday discount was great, always good service. Love the recommendations for my needs. Would leave a photo but not allowed to take pics in the store. :) Will be back!

The staff at this dispensary truly makes it an AMAZING shopping experience. As a medical patient, I frequent this dispensary very often and boy oh boy do these poor employees have to deal with the worst of the worst people. I have witnessed it. Being a medical patient, I did the research to understand how the cannabis industry works, especially the rules and regulations. I’ve read a lot of these reviews and am dumbfounded at how little you all know about cannabis as cannabis users. Little tip for the rest of you: your medical card expires with the state every 6 years and with your doctor every year. THE EXPIRATION ON YOUR MEDICAL CARD DOES NOT MATTER, YOU NEED TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR OWN MEDICAL INFORMATION ON ONESTOP. EVERY DISPENSARY YOU GO INTO YOU CANNOT USE YOUR CELLPHONE BECAUSE YOU CANNOT ORDER FOR OTHERS AND YOU ARE AMONG MEDICAL PATIENTS. I'm a bit torn with this one... my budtender was a sweetheart and there was hardly any wait time but the flower prices??? I know this is Annapolis but geez...for an almost $50 eighth I should have been sent to space, do you know what I mean? When I'm back in the area I may be back if I see a specfic strain i just NEED ( bc they really do have an incredibly extensive menu) but just make sure it's really worth it to you!

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and I’ve NEVER had a bad experience with the staff or customer service. For example today I walked in and EVERY SINGLE STAFF member greeted me with a smile and spoke welcoming me in and it’s always been that way. Ive been in the customer service industry for many years and what the staff provides here is beyond great customer service. This is coming from a local.. I come here many times a month. Thrive thank you for being consistent with model service. The products are great to top it all off!!
